This practical style of Aikido is suitable for all ages. Children's classes (6-11 years old) combine traditional Aikido discipline with old-fashioned fun. Instruction is broken into basic movements (learning your balance and centre), break-fall practice both forwards and backwards, self-defence techniques and as a treat for hard training, dodge ball and other fun games.
