LA BONNE SAIGON HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
La Bonne Saigon Bistro & Bar is a French-Vietnamese inspired venue that is a secret buried treasure located in Jindalee Allsports Shopping Centre.
Diners can take a seat on the sprawling verandah or in the spacious interior which has been decorated with subtle touches of Ho Chi Minh city.
The breakfast menu at La Bonne Saigon (6am - 11am) includes traditional banh mi (Vietnamese baguettes), buttermilk pancakes, La Bonne Bubble & Squeak, Old fahsioned bacon & eggs, La Bonne Deluxe (free range egg, bacon, mushrooms, hash brown, baked beans, grilled tomato, sausages, sourdough) - all sourced from local produce.
Lunch (11.30am - 3pm) features pork belly bao buns, quinoa super salad, La Bonne chicken cordon bleu, La Bonne rib fillet burger, sticky pork belly, Bo Luc Lac (diced filet mignon), or beetroot, carrot & chickpea salad. Meanwhile highlights of the dinner menu (5pm until close) range from chicken ballotine to steak au poivre and La Bonne Moreton Bay bugs.
Vietmese style coffee (Di Bella coffee served with condensed milk), and a ranges of teas, milkshakes and juices are some of the beverages on offer. La Bonne Saigon Bistro & Bar also features live music on Saturday nights, as well as a fully licensed bar serving beer (on tap or bottles), wine and spirits.
Nice to know - There is live music on Saturday nights.
