5 Boroughs
Rosalie
5 Boroughs bar and eatery is bringing New York vibes to Rosalie Village with burgers, baby back ribs, buffalo wings and beer.
Sitting in prime position on Baroona Road, between Blue Room Cinebar and Baskin Robbins, customers can take a seat in the open air restaurant, watch a game of grid iron or baseball on the big screen tv and enjoy top-notch American street food.
Start with ale battered onion rings, crunchy halloumi fries and criss cross chips with chipotle mayo before tucking into juicy burgers; from classic cheese burgers and ultimate double cheeseburgers to the Tipsy Pig (slow cooked pulled pork with bourbon bbq sauce) and King of Queens (southern fried chicken breast, wood-smoked bacon and cheddar cheese).
Otherwise, there are fish tacos, chicken waffles, hot wings, pork baby back ribs and New York strip steaks. Add a side of bourbon buttered corn on the cob or rustic cut chips.
Child-friendly, kids can nosh on beef and cheese sliders or crumbed chicken and chips.
If you still have room for dessert, try the choc brownie ice-cream stack with chocolate sauce and Persian floss or waffles with berries, ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate fudge.
