Majestea

Sunnybank

MajesTea is a specialty tea shop in Sunnybank serving premium Asian tea, fresh fruit tea and their signature cheese tea.

Tucked away in Sunnybank’s Market Square shopping centre (near Yuen’s Market), this little tea house is not your usual bubble tea shop.

For starters, MajesTea uses high quality imported tea and fresh, seasonal fruit instead of artificial syrups.

Choose from traditional teas like green tea, black tea and oolong tea to fresh fruit teas such as strawberry, watermelon and apple.

Next, top your tea with MajesTea’s signature cheese, sea salt cheese or coconut cheese – the latest trend from the street stalls of Taiwan and China to Singapore and Malaysia.

Move over mozzarella, this creamy cheese foam is made with whipped cream, milk and cream cheese. This unlikely combination of tea with a thick layer of cheesecake-flavoured froth is a winner.

The strawberry fruit tea crowned with creamy cheese is highly recommended.

For something different, try the slightly salty sea salt cheese or coconut cheese made with coconut milk. Another standout on the menu is MajesTea’s black sugar marble milk tea (the only milk tea on the menu).

Hot tip - Drink your cheese tea like a beer. Skip the straw and tip the cup up into your mouth so you can taste both flavours at the same time.
