Updated: Oct 28, 2025

Mad Kitchen & Co bring their home recipes to the bustling inner northern suburb of Bowen Hills, serving up fresh, delicious food and great coffee.

The café is tucked away on the corner of Bowen Bridge Road and Campbell Street, fronted with big umbrellas to shade the outdoor courtyard. Laden with glass fronted counters, patrons can choose scrumptious dishes to takeaway or order to dine in.

Opening for ‘mad hour’ aka the early morning rush, Mad Kitchen & Co has a menu abundant with all the breakfast favourites such as smashed avo, house granola and eggs benny. Chia puddings and baked treats are also available to purchase on the counter – don’t walk away without one of their ‘Mad Brownies’, they’re that good they once had an order for 1,000 of them!
