Entrees are a must at MO Charcoal Alley, with the most popular being steamed or fried dumplings which can be filled with pork, prawns or vegetables. These dumplings are full of flavour and are made fresh, in house.

Popular dishes on the lengthy menu include the Dongpo braised pork and the Cantonese roasted pork or duck. Each dish not only tastes delicious, but is also presented beautifully, with fresh flowers and tiny cocktail umbrellas.

And not to be missed is MO Charcoal's special Peking Duck, freshly prepared by the chef on Thursday and Sunday nights. Peking duck, prized for the shining color, crispy skin and tender meat, is a signature dish of China's capital city, and a real culinary treat.

To put your own cooking skills to the test, order a set menu from the Asian BBQ, which is bountiful with different cuts of meat. The Wagyu beef is popular, which is sourced directly from Korea. The Special Wagyu set menus are recommended to try a range of delicious, high quality meats. Vegetarian options are also available.
