SITE PARTNER:   lexus of brisbane is valued partner of Must Do Brisbane

Queensland Tennis Centre

Tennyson

Play the grounds where tennis’s best have warmed up or given their all – with 23 clay, grass and hard court surfaced courts to choose from, the QTC makes a brilliant if expensive site to have a match or hit and giggle.

In a bit of a no-man’s land where once stood the imposing Tennyson Powerhouse, the QTC is flanked on one side by graffiti-covered rail coal-carts lying idle from those days and on the other a slew of swanky modern riverfront apartment blocks.

The centre also has Junior Coaching available for aged 3 through to 17 as well as Junior Fixtures to up the ante.

Nice to know - There is an onsite eatery - Served Cafe - serving hot and cold drinks and snacks and a canteen selling ice-creams, soft drinks and sweets.
