Spin, splash, scream and slide at Aussie World, the only theme park on the Sunshine Coast, with more than 25 rides and attractions for a guaranteed day of fun!

Open 7 days a week during school holidays and from Wednesday to Sunday the rest of the year, Aussie World should be on your hit list of places to visit.

The Plunge  Aussie World

Make a big splash with The Plunge, one of Aussie World's must-do experiences. Climb aboard hollowed-out logs propelled through a fun twisting waterway, before climbing up and plunging with a big drop. The other major crowd pleaser, unique to Aussie World is The Mayhem Maze (a haunted old asylum that harbours a chilling secret).

Redback Ride Aussie World

For thrillseekers, there's the SX360, which reaches speeds of up to 80km/h while launching 32 metres into the air and completing 360° inversions with up to 5G's of force; the Mad Max-themed Dingo Coaster (a white-knuckle spinning coaster). and the Redback, which is an impressive 13 metres in height, and has clockwise and anticlockwise circular rotations on a platform.

Wasp Aussie World

Another ride popular with thrillseekers is The Wasp, which flings riders up in the air, and, using a joystick control, they can shoot themselves sideways.Meanwhile the The Ballroom Blitz may look like a cute carousel but it will have you soaring 15 metres in the air, before spinning furiously and rocking.

Bug Run rollercoaster Aussie World

The smallest members of the family will enjoy the Giant Slide, Giggle Go Round, Tin Lids Tea Cups, Little Beaut Toot Toot and Carousel; while most rides are suitable for school aged children (over 100cm), such as Stockshed Speedway Dodgems, Mozzi Musta, Booma Zooma and Bug Run rollercoaster.

Illusionarium Aussie World

There's also a heap fo fun to be had in Professor Bogglesworth's Illusionarium (navigate your way through the multiverse of mind-boggling conundrems to the other side) and the hall of Crazy Mirrors.

Giant slide Aussie World

Besides unlimited rides and mini golf, there's Sideshow Alley (where every player wins a prize); Leak'n Logs - a water play area with walk through mist shed, tipping buckets and dancing water jets; and Phileas's Fun Works, a themed venue with a great selection of the latest arcade, redemption and video games.

Food wise, the Fun Cafe offers families healthy wraps, burgers, chips, sundaes and more while the Banana Bender Pub is the go-to for sit down family meals. There's also show bags and branded merchandise available from the shops.

Ride the Night  Aussie World

Aussie World also hosts fabulous themed events, which  offer additional free activities as well as unlimited rides. Coming up are:

Tiny Tot Thursdays (10am-1pm) - five events for Under 5's held each year to coincide with Easter (April 3), Book Week, Halloween, Christmas plus a pyjama party. Tiny Tots Easter includes a petting zoo, scavenger hunt, Easter Hat crafts and Hat Parade.

Ride at Aussie World

Good to know - Aussie World is available for hire for celebrations including birthdays, weddings, school and sporting groups.
