Spring Lake Park

Springfield Lakes

This fantastic expanse of shaded green hugs the lake in the centre of Springfield Lakes township, with a picnic pavilion down on the waterfront, barbecue tables further up the hill and a cute little pre-schoolers playground that is fully fenced.

The playground is woodchip floored and features a mock-up row boat, swing, some rocking animals and a climbing structure with wheels, ladders and slides.

For something a bit more challenging in wheeling /walking distance on the far corner of the lake on the other side of the bridge is another fenced play area that features a snazzy climbing web.

A path that circumnavigates the lake runs through the park - great for beginner bikers.
