Anzac Park

Toowong

Updated: Mar 08, 2025

A rolling expanse of hills form the setting for scenic Anzac Park which is large enough to have a circuit road loop through it.

At one end is the dog off leash area and a hill away is the outback-themed children’s playground, complete with model windmill, an interconnecting group of tin sheds, a large fenced sandpit, a flying fox and a duck pond.

Embedded in the surrounding pathway are mosaic numbers – a council attempt to boost numeracy levels of playing children.

And dotted randomly are a handful of picnic shelters and barbecues which get nabbed early on weekends for kids birthday parties.
