Victoria Park Bistro Breakfast

Herston

Victoria Park Bistro is located in the leafy suburb of Herston, boasting a breakfast menu that’s as impressive as its spectacular views, in a charming alfresco setting.

Victoria Park Bistro

Open from Wednesday to Sunday for breakfast, Victoria Park Bistro’s seasonal menu showcases fresh, local ingredients and flavours, offering a variety of delicious dishes for breakfast and brunch lovers alike.

Victoria Park Bistro

With plenty to choose from on the menu, there’s a healthy option of mixed greens with beetroot hommus, poached free range eggs and toasted mixed seeds, or try the Shakshuka baked eggs, smoked labna and toasted sourdough. For something fresh and summery, recommended is the popular breakfast dish of Vietnamese black rice, coconut yoghurt, fresh mango and toasted sesame.

Victoria Park Bistro

Another must try is the stir fried pork and noodle “Mie Goreng,” finished with a sunny side up fried egg, or for vegetarians, the delicious sautéed Mt Cotton mushrooms, garlic, chilli, toasted sourdough and goat’s curd.

Victoria Park Bistro

Need to know – Victoria Park Bistro is also open for lunch plus dinner (Thursday to Sunday). On weekends the Bistro is a hive of activity with a kids' games area open from 9am to 4pm. There is plenty of free on-site parking,

Nice to know – Victoria Park also has an 18-hole mini golf putt putt course and two-level all weather driving range (both open 7 days a week).
