Merlo Torrefazione (Italian for 'roasting house') has taken over an Eagle Farm warehouse, featuring outdoor seating beneath classic Merlo umbrellas as well as indoor retail space which is open to the public.

Taking centre stage inside, is a red neon "roast" sign which serves as an appropriate beacon for the cafe, where it is also possible to purchase freshly roasted coffee beans.

Aside from iconic coffee, the cafe also serves organic Teadrop teas, shakes, juices, a selection of slices, freshly baked muffins and cakes as well as classic egg & bacon burgers, gourmet sandwiches, croissants, wraps and paninis.

In a nutshell - Northshore warehouse selling dine in or take away Merlo coffee, with roasting house and spacious cafe onsite.

Need to know - Parking is available along Fison Ave East.
