Dark Red is a pocket-sized boutique wine bar tucked away in Fortitude Valley's Bakery Lane and run by a Brisbane hospo veteran.

Patrons can sit inside at one of the two communal tables or perched on stools in the window of the cosy ambient space or take a seat at the couple of tables in the laneway.

Inside, one wall is lined ceiling to floor with an impressive carefully curated selection of wine bottles, which are available to to drink in the bar or to take away.

Owner Hannah is on hand to help with choosing from the 60+ varieties of Italian and Australian-grown Italian wines, ranging from top value quality to high end wines, with a rotating list of wines available by the glass.
