Fancy a high tea with one of the best views in Brisbane? Patina at Customs House is serving up tasty tiered bites and bubbles for $88 per person every Tuesday to Sunday.

Indulge in a 1.5 hour high tea session that includes a sumptuous selection of bites, French tea, barista-made coffee and a glass of Taittinger Champagne.

Sink your teeth into a range of savoury snacks including smoked salmon on blinis with sour cream and salmon pearls, poached chicken, dill and watercress sandwiches, coronation egg with chive and beetroot cone, capsicum, eggplant, zucchini, basil and goats cheese roulade, mini Queensland spanner crab and celery bun, and warm gruyere and leek tart with roasted cherry tomato.

Patina

Sweet tooths can finish off the feasting festivities with some raspberry scones with jam, cream and fresh raspberries, macarons and an assortment of handmade petite desserts.

You can experience this lavish high tea on Tuesday's at 3pm and from Wednesday to Sunday at 11am or 3pm. 

Need to know: Bookings for Patina's Champagne High Tea are essential and 24 hours notice is required.
