Queen Amann Bakery

Queen Amann Bakery is a new artisan bakery set to open on King Street in Bowen Hills, specialising in Kouign Amann –  a heavenly flaky, buttery pastry from Brittany in France.

As well as an authentic taste of the Breton Kouign Amann, the bakery will offer an array of daily fresh pastries, baked goods, and sourdough breads. Beyond these, guests can enjoy handcrafted fresh focaccia and rustic sourdough sandwiches, bursting with flavour.

Behind Queen Amann Bakery on King Street is a team with a wealth of experience. Owners Larry Lim brings extensive years in coffee and hospitality, perfectly complementing Ania Kutek and Eddy Tice's proven success in the bakery industry.
