The Hills of Rivermakers is set to become one of Queensland’s most iconic dining and entertainment precincts, located on 30 hectares of Brisbane's historic riverfront at Morningside.
Originally built in 1910 as the Rivermakers acetate lime factory, this heritage-listed site played a pivotal role in World War I armament production. Today, it has been meticulously restored and transformed into a vibrant, modern venue that seamlessly blends history with innovation.
The precinct has an incredible array of food and drink outlets including a Bakery & Cafe, gelato bar, seafood and pizza bars. Here you can take a seat on the lawn and enjoy everythign from pizzas to a fresh seafood platter and artisan gelato.
Signed pathways lead to the different areas, including The Lawn, Urban Winery., Cafe & Restaurant, Roadhouse, Roastery and the 1917 Engineers Hut, as well as the Revel Rivermakers Brewery, Bavay Distillery, and Mas & Miek Ceramic House and cafe.
