With its stunning Indochine meets Belle Epoque décor - suspended pressed metal ceiling, red lacquered chairs, decadent chandeliers, fringed bordello lampshades and ornate mirrors - Libertine is reminiscent of a dining room in an Oriental palace.

And its east-west fusion dishes are every bit as royal – think dishes such as their Famous Twice Cooked Pork belly with Chilli Cognac dressing and pickled watermelon; BBQ Duck Crepes with spiced cherry sauce; Mushroom Dumplings in mint and soy; and Moreton Bay Bug Toast.

Diners can also indulge in the likes of Braised beef Brisket with Vietnamese garlic noodles; Barramundi en Papiliote - marinated and then cooked in a paper bag; and Apple & Cinnamon Spring Rolls with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

A perfect accompaniment to the food are the cocktails, such as Libertine's Libertinis, Pink Lychee Cosmopolitans and SnapDragons ad well as Vietnamese Lemonade Slushies.

Libertine also makes for a good function venue, with a variety of elegant spaces to elevate any occasion, from birthdays to corporate events.

As well as the charming indoor dining space, Libertine has a gorgeous European style courtyard to one side, perfect for summer night drinks and dining.
In a nutshell - Libertine is the perfect venue for a romantic tete a tete or a catch-up with friends and family, or even a quick beverage on your way to the nearby Barracks Cinema. There is secure undercover parkign whihc is free for up to two hours.
