Chill 83 Vietnamese Fusion Cafe

Chill 83 Vietnamese Fusion Cafe is a charming little cafe in an historic Paddington shop, specializing in banh mi and classic Vietnamese dishes as well as great coffee.

Customers can take a seat on the roomy outdoor deck fronting onto Latrobe Tce or grab a delicious banh mi and Vietnamese coffee to take away.

From the menu (which is displayed at the counter and open to change), it's hard to go past the banh mi, with fillings including BBQ pork, lemongrass chicken, lemongrass tofu and egg omelette.

Also worth trying are the housemade rice paper rolls, with a choice of prawns (the house signature), lemongrass chicken, avocado or tofu.

There's also a small selection of equally delicious fresh noodle salad bowls, including BBQ pork, lemongrass chicken and soy tofu. 

A range of Vietnamese drinks are on offer, including traditional Vietnamese filter coffee, Vietnamese iced coffee, coconut iced coffee and homemade peach iced tea.

There's also the option of strawberry matcha latte or iced matcha latte as well as lychee fizzy and coconut water with coconut meat. 

Good to know - dogs are weclome to join their owners on the deck.
