Vizzetto Woodfire Pizza

Moorooka

Vizzeto is a pocket-sized pizzeria in Moorooka offering a fusion of Brazilian, Italian and Australian mouth-watering, woodfired pizza.

Located on a quiet, leafy thoroughfare on the Moorooka/Tarragindi border, customers can dine al fresco beneath the twinkling fairy lights on the small, undercover deck or take-away.

All of Vizzeto’s pizzas begin with a handcrafted, Italian-style dough, smothered with Nonna’s secret tomato sauce and topped with a range of fresh ingredients.

The Brazuca range includes Brazilian best-sellers like Frango Catupiry (shredded marinated chicken, Brazilian cream cheese, green olives and oregano), Portuga (mozzarella, shredded double smoked ham, sliced boiled eggs, brown onions, olives and oregano) and 5 Cheese (Brazilian cream cheese, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella and parmesan).

Italian classics include Margherita, Pepperoni and Napolitana; while Aussie faves range from the meat-lovers Meat Mate (minced beef, shredded chicken, bacon and barbecue sauce) and Hawaiian with a twist Hula-Hula (minced beef, double-smoked ham and pineapple) to the vegetarian supreme Rainbow – roasted pumpkin, mushroom, red capsicum, red onion, fetta and pesto.

Besides pizza, there’s a small range of pasta – spaghettoni, fettuccini, penne and gnocchi – served with your choice of sauce. Choose from bolognese, carbonara, marinara or Nonna’s Alho and Oleo (garlic, olive oil and green olives).

If you still have room for dessert, there are a couple of sweet pizzas including Nutella and Morango (Nutella, strawberries and granulated peanuts) and Doce De Leite and Banana (Brazalian caramel, banana and cinnamon).

Nice to know – Vizzeto will happily do half and half pizzas.
