Fellini's Trattoria is a charming al fresco Italian street food eatery and bar set amongst olive trees and located behind Ciao Papi at Howard Smith Wharves.

Featuring European cafe style seating, with olive trees (whihc are fairylit at night) and umbrellas providing shade, Fellini's is the perfect spot for a casual bite to eat for lunch or dinner, or an afternoon aperitivo.

Starters, which also make a fine bar snack if you're just dropping in for drinks, include Bruschetta al Pomodoro (cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, olive oli, basil & stracciatella); Arancini of the day; Polpo e patata (marinated octopus with potatoes, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper & rocket); Burrata Caprese (Casa Motta burrata, heirloom cherry tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, basil, olive oil & chilli); or Salumi board (prosciutto, mortadella, cacciatortini salami, grissini & pickled chillies).

Roman-style pizzas are served by the slice, with 3 options - Margherita; Salamina (tomato sauce, mozzarella, mild salami, black olives, parmesan, olive oil & parsley); and Funghi Misti (porcini cream, Urban Valley mushroom, mozzarella, pecorino, olive oil & lemon zest). There's also a choice of prosciutto or porchetta Pizza Baciata (Roman-style stuffed focaccia).

Pasta dishes include Spaghettini alle vingole (fresh clams, garlic, chilli & parsley); Tagliatelle salsiccia e funghi (sausages, porcini & wild mushroom ragu, cream, parmesan, garlic & pepper); and Rigatoni alla norma (Napoli sauce, cherry tomatoes, eggplant, pepper, basil & salted ricotta).

The choice of Secondi includes Cotoletta (crumbed veal cotoletta, rocket, cherry tomatoes, parmesan & balsamic vinegar); 150g Market Fish with mussels, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, garlic & parsley); or fried eggplant with Napoli sauce, smoked mozzarella, parmesan, pepper & basil). And for dessert there's house-made tiramisu or vanilla bean panna cotta with seasonal fruit.

For drinks, there's a small selection of Italian-flavoured cocktails including Aperol or Bianca Spritz; Negroni; Mandarin Americano; or Limoncello & Yuzu Spritz; as well as a mix of Italian and Australian wines; Felons or Peroni beers; and Italian Digestivos.
