Bursting with flavours, the mouthwatering menu takes your tastebuds on a journey from the sun-kissed shores of Greece to the aromatic hills of Tuscany.

With plans to evolve and change the menu every month, diners can expect to indulge in a range of delicious dishes such as freshly-baked bread with garlic-confit and porcini truffle butter; tender eggplant filled with with a blend of fontina, Grana Padano, feta, fresh thyme, and rosemary, served with a lightly smoked romesco sauce and scattered garden herbs; Sicilian meatballs simmered in a garlic tomato passata, finished with porro fritto; and tender lamb shoulder braised in its own juices with garlic, oregano, and a splash of white wine, served with confit potatoes red wine jus and locally sourced vegetables.

Finish with a traditional Greek dessert of crispy phyllo pastry with a creamy custard filling, dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar in a liquid orange syrup. The experience is elevated further by the perfectly paired wines that complement each course. A non-alcoholic option is available for the non-drinkers and a vegetarian option to cater for varying preferences and dietaries.
