A sibling for Melrose Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, Medé will offer a modern Mediterranean dining experience featuring classic dishes with a twist.

Head Chef Sam Richards (ex Cloudland and Manly Boathouse) has crafted a mouthwatering menu that blends modern sophistication with rich culinary traditions, including flavours from all regions of the Mediterranean.

Fresh, locally-sourced dishes will transport your taste buds to the Mediterranean coast - think rich, grass-fed beef and organic lamb paired with light and refreshing sauces, local seafood enhanced by simple garnishes, and nostalgic desserts with a Mediterranean twist.

These reimagined classic dishes combined with amazing wines from around the world and a cheeky cocktail or two, promise to make Medé a favourite on the Oxford Street restaurant strip when it opens in September.

Medé Modern Mediterranean is now taking bookings from September 18, 2024.
