Start your culinary journey with Sokyo's signature Toothfish Korokke, Steak Tartare and Kingfish Miso Ceviche, paired with a refreshing and slightly sweet sparkling sake. Your next course will be a Kisu Tempura with a semi-dry, full bodied sake, followed by a Sokyo favourite - Miso Glazed Toothfish with Japanese Salsa and Pickled Cucumber paired with a fruity, savoury umami-style sake.

Larger plates include the wagyu striploin 3+ with wasabi sauce and grilled cabbage, paired with a full bodied sake with notes of honey and nuts and a crisp finish. The savoury feasting festivities will conclude with Sokyo's chef's selection sushi, paired with a clean, crisp and super dry sake.

Sweet tooths will salivate over Sokyo's mochi ice cream with frozen strawberry milkshake ice cream and caramel macchiato with caramel mousse, coffee ice cream and whisky foam. Finish your sake experience with a choice of two liqueurs - a black sugar liqueur with Japanese Ume Fruit, Cane Spirit and Dark Rum or a refreshing citrus and fresh Yuzu juice liqueur.

Sokyo's Ritual Meets Art philosophy is evident in every dish and every detail, with the refined menu delivering unexpected twists to transform dining into a performance of unforgettable moments, under the expert guidance of Sokyo Brisbane Executive Chef, Alex Yu.
