Joining its sister venues, Naldham House Brasserie & Terrace and Club Felix, The Fifty Six delivers a bold culinary experience that offers a sophisticated yet approachable take on modern Cantonese dining, reinterpreting beloved dishes using modern techniques and the finest local produce.

As you step into The Fifty Six, you'll be met with a stunning space featuring arching windows that overlook beautifully green tree-lined streets, a refined colour palette and striking art pieces. The spacious interior, complemented by a long, beautiful balcony that can hold 48 guests, with stunning views overlooking the river.

When it comes to the food, a delectable share-style menu of elevated Cantonese dishes pay homage to head chef Gerald Ong's culture, paired with innovative techniques and a modern approach that creates a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

Delicious snacks like ‘drunken prawn tart’, ‘Tea quail egg with caviar’ and ‘Harvey Bay scallops with house XO are made to be devoured in one flavour-packed bite, while small plates such as the ‘chicken and coconut soup’, QLD ‘blue swimmer crab’ and the ‘salted egg prawns’ are certainly a stand out.

Don't forget to try a plate (or two) fromt the extensive Dim Sum menu, created by The Fifty’s Six’ very own Dim Sum Master and made fresh daily.

Larger plates include the likes of ‘Bay lobster pao fan’, the ‘black pepper beef tenderloin and scallops’, 'Steamed Murray cod, fragrant soy, ginger & scallions', 'Sweet & sour Berkshire pork, capsicum & charred pineapple', and '2GR Wagyu chuck tail flap MB9+ & Chairman’s relish'. Each dish reflects a thoughtful evolution of Cantonese flavours, celebrating both heritage and contemporary Australian influences.
