Located on Toohey Road in Salisbury, the family owned and operated smokehouse has gained a loyal following for its lip-smacking beef brisket, pulled pork and pork ribs, all slow-cooked on-site on Bertha the wood-fired smoker.

Customers can dine outside beside Bertha or inside which is styled like an old-fashioned diner with red booths, checkerboard floor and vintage posters.

Otherwise, there's the MacBrisket roll with beef brisket and mac 'n' cheese, buttermilk fried chicken burger or 'The 4107' (which happens to be the post code of Salisbury) and the Brisket Smash Burger - smashed brisket patty, melted cheese, grilled onions, pickles and mustard sauce.
