Bluegrass Barbeque

Eatons Hill

Bluegrass Barbeque in Eatons Hill is a classic cowhide bar taking diners on a barbecue tour of America's deep south, with authentic flavours ranging from Texas to the Carolinas for lunch and dinner.

The sibling to The Smoke BBQ in New Farm, Bluegrass Barbeque is fully-licensed, serving Southern-inspired cocktails, while the main menu includes steak, ribs, burgers, salads, sandwiches and subs.

Bluegrass Barbeque are famous for their "low and slow" smoked, premium cut meats which are sourced locally. Highlights of the menu include a North Carolina pulled pork plate, Texas beef ribs, beef brisket plate, pork ribs (Memphis style or Kansas style), Bayou smoked beef po boy and pulled pork tacos.

They also serve a range of buffalo wings including hurricane wings (spicy) and 3rd degree wings (extra burn with blue cheese).

All the barbecue sauces are made in-house, ranging from Kansas City (sweet & smokey) to Memphis (spicy & dark) to Bluegrass (mustardy, smokey & sweet) to Texan (mild & buttery).

In a nutshell - Southern American-style barbecue featuring buffalo wings, burgers, subs, prime steak and ribs served with in-house sauces, fries and slaw.

Nice to know - Undercover parking is available within Eatons Hill Village Shopping Centre.
