On the menu are dessert-style dishes including cinnamon french toast topped with baked crème brûlée and house-made Graham cracker crumbs; yuzu brûlée cheesecake with a cookie crumb base; and twice-baked dark callebaut chocolate with Speculoos jam filling and Seville orange crème anglaise.

For something hearty there's 24-hour slow-cooked braised beef ribs with creamy whipped kennebec potatoes and roasted greens; and chilled buckwheat noodles in Spanish vegetable consommé with plum jelly, housemade pickles and seafood.

Another must-try are the sandos - heavenly brioche buns with fillings of tuna mayo with caramelised onion; Japanese inspired egg mayonnaise with a brûlée touch; and garden salad (Kennebec potato, Beauregard sweet potato, celery, carrot and free range eggs and Royal Gala diced apple.
