Sunny Side Sandwiches

Paddington

Last updated: Jun 27, 2024

Sunny Side Sandwiches has opened a second location, with a bolt-hole sandwich shop perched on the corner of Latrobe Terrace and Collingwood Street in Paddington.

One of Brisbane's original gourmet sandwich outlets, Sunny Side offers a delicious range of sangas, made fresh on your choice of bread, including traditional shokupan (Japanese white bread), wholemeal, rye, milk buns and gluten-free buns.

Sunny Side Sandwiches,

Open from 7am, there's a selection of Breakfast Sandwiches such as Bacon & Egg Rolls, Egg & Cheese, and Sunny Sides' signature Breakfast Sandwich filled with herby scrambled eggs, streaky bacon, kimchi mayo and caramelised onions.

Sunny Side Sandwiches,

There's a couple of classic toasties (grilled cheese or ham, cheese and tomato), plus an array of deli sandwiches, filled with everything from egg salad or herby chicken and bacon, to panko-crumbed chicken schnitty, warm curry mortadella and 24-hour wagyu pastrami.

Sunny Side Sandwiches,

Add your favourite sauce (Baby Rays BBQ, ketchup, kimchi mayo, harissa, sweet mustard and more) and add any extras like streaky bacon, fried egg, American, Cheddar or Swiss cheese, or make it a meal and add a crispy hash brown or golden fries and a drink.

While there is no seating provided inside the shop, customers can pull up a stool outside on the footpath and enjoy their sandwich with a slice of sunshine.

Nice to know - The OG Sunny Side Sandwiches shop is located in Windsor.
