Newstead

Last updated: Nov 29, 2024

Gold Coast-born, Rise Bakery is a chic, French-inspired patisserie cafe located in Newstead's Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct.

Taking over the space previously occupied by patisserie, bar and bistro, Mica Brasserie, the Newstead outpost marks Rise Bakery's third venue, joining its Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast and Portside Wharf spaces.

The team has future plans to turn the dining area of the venue into a casual French restaurant, and regularly activate the venue's promenade with whispers of an alfresco cocktail bar potentially on the cards.
