Buttery Boy

Fortitude Valley

Buttery Boy brings buttery hot cakes to the heart of Chinatown, Fortitude Valley.

Located opposite the TC Beirne Building, Buttery Boys' pancakes are a cross between a hot cake and a souffle - light and fluffy and so delicious.

Customers can choose from a classic buttery cake served with maple syrup and your choice of house made butter in delectable flavours such as espresso, honeycomb, blackberry, and Biscoff.

The menu also features a trio of specialty pancakes like Pavlova with lemon curd, passionfruit and vanilla cream, Cinnamon Bun (Biscoff spread, vanilla mascarpone and donut glaze), and S'more (marshmellow, Lindt chocolate, and graham crackers).

Besides buttery cakes of goodness, there's delish breakfast fare, from Eggs on Toast, and Breaky Bowl (folded eggs, bacon, spinach, cheese, avocado, and yuzu dressing) to Big Ben  - 2 English muffins, wilted spinach, poached eggs and hollandaise with adds-on such as smoked salmon, double smoked bacon, crispy fried chicken or Christmas ham.

Lunch-type options include a juicy wagyu cheeseburger and buttermilk fried chicken burger with pineapple and kimchi mayo.

Coffee on pour is supplied by Supreme Coffee, served along with specialty drinks like turmeric lattes and boujee hot chocolate, teas and fruit juices.
