Updated: Sep 16, 2025

The Eva St Privateer is a popular Coorparoo café serving well-brewed cups of Di Bella coffee alongside a range of tasty treats.

Perched on Eva Street, in a little row of shops, this bolt-hole café is where Coorparoo locals go for a quick caffeine fix; text ahead for take away or pull up an AstroTurfed stump in the sunshine or catch up with friends at the communal table.

Open daily from 6 until noon*, the menu is short and sweet. Breakfast faves include granola with house-blended muesli, shredded coconut and almond slivers served with creamy Greek yoghurt and mixed berry coulis and gourmet bacon and egg rolls with Swiss cheese, tomato relish and aioli served on Japanese milk buns; while lunch options range from oven-baked frittatas with side salad to old-school pressed sandwiches.
