Mt Cotton Retreat is a beautiful bush retreat, ideal for couples and families, found half an hour's drive from Brisbane's CBD on the side of Mt Cotton.

Located on a private 20 hectare nature refuge, Boom-Ber-Pee, this award-winning retreat offers tranquility and relaxation with boutique bed and breakfast accommodation in tastefully decorated rooms and suites, as well as secluded, self-contained, luxury eco-cabins.

It's also the perfect place for a secluded breakfast, lunch, dinner or home-made high tea in a stunning bush setting, with bookings now available for private groups of up to 10 people at a time. Ideal for celebrations such as a birthday, baby shower, promotion, year end, anniversary or just a get together with family and friends.

Most rooms and suites in the main house feature a private balcony or deck and complimentary port and chocolates; while the private pavilions feature screened decks, spacious open-plan design, full kitchen, modern bathroom, and stunning views.

Five beautifully appointed cabins are set over a steep embankment surrounded by treetops, two are nestled in the bush beside a lake with water lilies, and one 2-bedroom family-friendly cottage is located near the bed and breakfast. Two of the cabins are pet friendly with dog bedding and bowls provided for well-behaved four-legged guests.

Guests are welcome to enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast surrounded by nature every Saturday and Sunday from 8am for $30 per person which includes a selection of cereals, yoghurts, seasonal fruit salad, scrambled eggs, lean bacon, chipolata sausages, sauteed mushrooms and more served with fresh juice, plunger coffee and loose leaf tea.
