Start the day off with breakfast prepared by Rosalie Gourmet Market. Their menu offers contemporary dishes such as avocado smash mini toasts with Meredith goats cheese and dukkah, along with classics such as prosciutto, egg & spinach quiche tarts, ham and cheese croissants, scone platters, seasonal fruit platters, danishes, freshly baked sweet and savoury muffins, and granola pots with Greek yoghurt, passionfruit curd & blueberry compote.

Sandwiches, ciabattas and wraps are offered with a mouth-watering array of more than 20 fillings, which can be customised to suit any dietary requirement including gluten-free and vegan. Some of their most popular options include chicken and coleslaw ciabattas; turkey breast, brie, cranberry avocado & snow pea sprout sandwiches and ribbon sandwiches filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers and Spanish onion which perfect for a high tea at home. For something more substantial, their ciabatta roll boxes and sandwich boxes are filled with a range of their best selling fillings and are ideal for corporate lunches or picnics in the park.

Their gourmet salads cater to an array of dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and vegetarian. Crowd favourites are chicken caesar salad, Thai chicken noodle salad, red potato salad with crispy prosciutto, and classic Greek salad. With a range of premium salads based on roasted vegetables (including roasted maple glazed carrot with fennel, kale, red onion, black & white sesame seeds with maple & lemon juice), their extensive menu of freshly prepared salads are also based on quinoa, brown rice, cous cous, chickpeas, lentils and pasta.

If you're looking for beautifully presented bite-size morsels for your function, look no further than Rosalie Gourmet Market's cold and warm canapés, which come in mixed selections to take the ease out of choosing from the dozens of different types on offer. Cold canapés include smoked salmon, finger lime caviar, cream cheese and dill mini tarts; smoked wild mushroom, caramelised onion & goats cheese crostini; basil & feta mini tarts with semi dried tomato; and prosciutto, semi dried tomato, basil & bocconcini skewers.

Warm canapés include a variety of pies, arancini, mini quiches, spring rolls and meatballs, which can either be prepared hot for immediate consumption or chilled for reheating at home.
