Careers & Employment Expo

Queensland's biggest careers and jobs event, the Careers and Employment Expo, staged with the WorldSkills National Championships, is coming to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on Thursday June 12, Friday June 13 and Saturday June 14, 2025.

The National Careers and Employment Expo will showcase a large variety of workplace opportunities for school students, graduates and people seeking training, new employment pathways, and jobs.

Over 160 educators, course providers and employers will be represented at this year’s event, including major universities, TAFE QLD, registered training organisations and leading employers, plus ADF careers.

This year’s expo will be staged alongside WorldSkills National Championships, Australia’s biggest vocational education and excellence competition. Selected Regional competitors will be flown from around the country to showcase and benchmark their skills on the national stage competing against their industry peers from around the country.

The expo will also feature an extensive seminar and demonstration program to help people with their education, training and career pathways, plus free resume workshops and free career advice from leading organisations.

This year’s event is the biggest ever presented, and has expanded significantly to meet the growing demand for people to explore jobs opportunities, tertiary and vocational education, apprenticeships, plus full time and part time career course options.
