Nodo
Camp Hill
Nodo, Brisbane’s favourite gluten-free donut shop and foodie’s café, has its third outlet in Camp Hill Marketplace.
While the shopfront itself is quite small, there is ample seating surrounding Nodo with concrete benches and tables scattered around a lush, green garden.
The all-day menu features breakfast faves with a creative twist like crushed avocado on roasted pumpkin bread with goat’s chevre, local bacon, organic cheddar, and soft egg on milk bun with house made beet ketchup, and kimchi waffles with miso butter hollandaise. Lunch-style dishes include a 24-hour slow-cooked brisket burger, panko crumbed mushroom burger and The Greenest Bowl – bamboo rice, Chinese greens, broccoli and edamame hummus.
Nodo is also child-friendly with a concise kid’s menu consisting of hotcakes with coconut ice cream and blueberry jam or bambino bun with bacon, egg and spinach.
Coffee on pour is roasted locally by Coffee Supreme. Otherwise, there are organic teas by Mayde Tea, organic hot chocolate, pressed juices, and super food shakes.
