Heimish Bleu Cafe

Milton

Heimish Bleu is a petite French-inspired cafe overlooking a French provincial courtyard in the commercial heart of Milton.

Inside this charming cafe, the front half is modern elegance with marble topped tables and gold accents, while the rear is more rustic and opens onto an outdoor patio which overlooks the quaint courtyard with its green hedges, maple trees and garden statues.

Breakfast, served from 7am until 11:30am, includes The Rich Man's Stack (poached eggs, bacon, and smashed ricotta avocado with truss tomatoes), Bush Black Balls (quinoa-coated poached eggs, sautéed kale, and roast pumpkin on baked ricotta cheese bread), and the very popular French-style sautéed mushrooms on sourdough with perfectly poached eggs.

After 11:30, lunch options range from the French Craze Burger (wagyu beef patty with caramelised onion and roast garlic aioli) and Black Coq Sandwich (dukkah-coated chicken breast with apple slaw) to Mademoiselle Bourguignon Pasta (French home-style beef stew served with linguini) and Sexy Bomb in the Fog (crumbed salmon with Moroccan couscous).

Coffee on pour is locally-roasted by Bellissimo, served along with organic tea, chai, hot chocolate, milkshakes and smoothies.
