Maude is a chic restaurant tucked away in a quiet little precinct of retro shops just off Coorparoo's Chatsworth Road.

The split-level, wooden-floored venue features elegant white dining chairs, black banquette seating along one wall, stunning artworks and ambient gold lighting.

Customers can take a seat in the ambient interior or on the footpath outside and enjoy a bite to eat for breakfast or lunch.

The concise menu is a foodie's delight, with breakfast choices of broccoli fritters with labneh, haloumi, poached egg, salsa verde & quinoa salad, or eggs on pane di casa with avocado, poached eggs, bacon, beetroot relish and the options of adding potato hash cake or pork Cumberland sausages.

Lunch selections include Moroccan Spiced Calamari with petit salad, sriracha aioli and fried onion or there's creamy mushroom pasta of pappardelle, parmesan and truffle

Drinks selection includes DIBBS Eldorado blend cup, all kinds of specialty drinks, loose leaf teas, thickshakes, smoothies, refreshing spritzes or even Prosecco, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc or Rioja Rosé.
