Le Boulangerie Amour Fou

Salisbury

Le Boulangerie Amour Fou is a French-inspired suburban bakery in Salisbury offering a scrumptious selection of fresh pastries and artisan breads.

Amour fou, French for uncontrollable or obsessive passion, is an apt name for the bakery as once customers get their first taste, they won't be able to resist returning for more.

Le Boulangerie Amour Fou

Whether you prefer sweet or savoury, there's something for everyone, from sticky cinnamon buns topped with yoghurt glaze, toasted almonds and walnuts, sour cherry compote or Oreo cookie crumbs, to hot cross buns (original, strawberry or blueberry), and polo buns, a type of sweet bread popular in Hong Kong, filled with vanilla lava cream.

There's coffee flavoured rolls with cranberry and sweet wine, mocha flavoured rolls with caramel cream cheese, and mango flavoured rolls with mango cream cheese and mango chunks. Plus, a tasty array of mini croissants topped with almond flakes, maple glaze, or choc chips.

Le Boulangerie Amour Fou

Savoury treats include garlic butter and parsley croissants, cheese and bacon buns, Italian herbed bread with chicken sausage, olives, onion and pickled jam, and Amour Supreme - sausage, sauteed mushroom,  jalapeno pepper, caramelised onion and shallot.

In addition, you can buy freshly baked baguettes and loaves of bread, from traditional white and country wholemeal, to pumpkin with flaxseeds, blue cheese with parmesan and mozzarella, and buttery croissant loaves.

Nice to know - You can also find Le Boulangerie Amour Fou at Sunnybank Plaza and Sunnybank Hills Shopping Town.
