Torrisi's Delights is an authentic little Italian bakery and pasticceria tucked away in Strathpine on Brisbane's north side.

With everything freshly baked on site by the in-house pastry chef Massimo, Torrisi's Delights is the go-to for a both savoury and sweet Italian pastries.

Sweet treats include traditional Italian faves like cannoli, heavenly millefoglie (the Italian version of mille-feuille) and bombolini (Italian donuts).

You'll also find torciglioni filled with vanilla and chocolate custard, crispelles, melt-in-the-mouth lemon meringue or fruit tarts, tiramisu and almond or hazelnut biscuits.

There are also special occasion pastries such as such as Zeppole di San Giuseppe on St Joseph's Day and scrumptious cakes made like nutella or chocolate and vanilla sponge cakes; or baked lemon cheesecake, which are made to order.

Must-try are their crispy golden arancini, perfect for a quick take-home dinner, with fillings such as pumpkin or chicken and leek; or eggplant, basil tomato sauce and ricotta.
