Wow Breakfast in Bulimba is a charming child-friendly and dog-friendly cafe found on Oxford Street offering fab foodie fare and locally-roasted coffee. 

This quaint cafe with the white picket fence out front, puts the wow into breakfast, brunch and lunch with delicious chef-prepared dishes.

Dine inside the laid-back, leafy space with plenty of seating provided, or al fresco on the dog-friendly deck, where you'll often find the cafe's resident pup Oxford. 

Breakfast includes the quintessential smashed avo on sourdough with tomato, rocket and beetroot hummus, Green Benny (8-hour slow-cooked pork brisket, spinach, poached egg, avocado hollandaise and homemade potato hash), and omelettes stuffed with the likes of smoked salmon, spinach and mozzarella.

Sweet tooths will salivate at the scrumptious saccharine options, from Fluffy Paradise (fluffy pancakes served with seasonal fruit, berry compote, oat crumble and maple syrup), Chocolate Wonderland (waffle topped with chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate ice-cream), and Yellow Fusion (mango and vanilla panna cotta served with diced mango. mango ice-cream, mango puree and mini pavlova).

Lunch, available after 11:30am, ranges from crispy pork belly and seafood paella, to crab pasta and Japanese chicken curry. Otherwise, there are juicy burgers - beef patty or pulled pork - served with chips.  

A concise kids menu consists of pancakes or waffles with ice-cream, ham and cheese toasties, and chicken nuggets with chips. 

Coffee on pour is by Bulimba-based Bellissimo Coffee Roasters, served along with teas, smoothies and loaded milkshakes like Black Forest (Oreo, chocolate ice-cream and milk) and Golden Sky (honeycomb, caramel ice-cream and milk).
