Sushi Kenzen
Fortitude Valley
SUSHI KENZEN IN FORTITUDE VALLEY HAS CLOSED.
Sushi Kenzen is creating custom sushi burritos and rice bowls in the centre of Fortitude Valley, on Wickham Street.

The takeaway-style restaurant is on the corner of the mall, meeting all your lunchtime sushi needs (or midnight on the weekend). The wide store features a large takeaway counter filled with fresh, pre-made sushi rolls and bowls for lunch on the go. There are a few seats inside and a couple of tables outside for dining in.

The ‘thoughtful sushi’ menu uses fresh, local produce in Sushi Kenzen’s efforts to support local communities. We’re talking free-range chicken, grass-fed beef, Tasmanian salmon and even paper instead of plastic. Either grab a roll or bowl on the go or take your time to custom make your very own.

Diners can choose out of a variety of fillings including salmon sashimi, grilled chicken, crab stick, grilled eel and even potato croquette. Then choose your choice of sauce – we recommend the Kenzen sauce for something a little different and delicious. Fill your roll or bowl with as many toppings as you like; such as cucumber, green soy beans, pickled cucumbers and ginger.

You can even flame-sear your meal for just 80c.

Sides of edamame, miso soup or chicken kaarage can be added to your order if you’re feeling extra peckish.

Sushi Kenzen also makes their own bubble tea. Diners can choose from iced tea or milk-based tea, with their choice of tapioca pearls or flavoured jelly.

Need to know – Limited parking is available nearby.
Good to know – #thoughtfulsushi. Sushi Kenzen creates platters for catering needs.
