NYE at Rydges South Bank

Say farewell to 2023 at Rydges South Bank this New Year’s Eve with not one, but three fantastic events to choose from – a rooftop extravaganza with a view, a flavour-led adventure at Bacchus Restaurant, and a poolside soiree at Soleil Pool Bar!

Level 12 Rooftop 

Send off 2023 in style with the best view of Brisbane River and city skyline at Rydges' roooftop New Years Eve Extravaganza! Tickets include canapes and four hours of free flowing drinks until midnight, along with DJs bringing the beats and a live band.  

This ultimate NYE celebration will also feature live entertainment including hula hoopers, stilt walkers and fire performers, plus a decadent dessert exhibition by the team from Bacchus Restaurant, followed by a spectacular fireworks show above the river! Tickets $249 per person

Bacchus Restaurant 

Welcome in the new year with flavour at Bacchus Restaurant's NYE Degustation, created by Chef de Cuisine Manuele Erriu. Two sittings are available, with the second seating featuring two wine pairing options. 

The first sitting starts at 5:30pm and is $125 per person, while the second sitting begins at 8pm and is $296 with Classic Wine Pairing, or $356 with Sommelier’s Selection Wine Pairing.

Both New Year’s Eve menus feature the best of the restaurant's latest Summer menu, such as Kingfish with Sheep Yoghurt, Herb Risotto, and of course, Bacchus’ latest sweet sensation, The Granny Smith Apple.

Soleil Pool Bar 

Glamour, moon-lit views and non-stop entertainment will take over Soleil Pool Bar on New Year’s Eve and what’s even better, it’s FREE entry! This poolside party includes live DJs from 6pm, bookable private booths with breathtaking views of the NYE fireworks, open bars pouring a premium selection of beverages and classic cocktails, plus a curated grazing menu and divine desserts.
