Dinner at Neesh Bar

East Brisbane

NEESH BAR HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED IN APRIL 2024.

Neesh Bar - an old corner store in East Brisbane that is a top brunch cafe by day, is now open for a German-flavoured dinner.

Take a seat in the front room with its original bay windows, pressed metal bar and candlelit tables or out back in the cosy covered courtyard and get set for a real culinary treat.

The owner of Neesh Bar also ran and operated Brisbane German Clubs Restaurant & Kitchen Zum Kaiser Restaurant from 2007 until July 2023, and it is from their time there that the inspiration for a German dinner menu comes.

Paying tribute to Zum Kaiser Restaurant, all of their past favourites are now available on Neesh Bar's dinner menu, including the Famous Pork Knuckle, Pork Belly, Kaiser Taster, Schnitzels, Pretzels and many more.

Neesh is fully licensed, offering craft beer on tap and bottled, cider and ginger beer, a carefully curated wine list, and delectable cocktails such as Passionfruit Margarita, Elderflower Collins, Blueberry Mojito, Espresso Martini or Bahamas Lychee. There are also jugs of Secret Garden Red Sangria, Neesh Pims, Lost Kraken and Tropical Punch to share.
