Located on an industrial side street in Crestmead, this secret caterer and cafe keeps locals caffeinated with coffee roasted locally by Simply Beans, served along with breakfast, lunch, and sweet and savoury treats.

Breakfast fare ranges from bacon and egg rolls to toasted ham and cheese croissants, and waffles with ice-cream, berries and maple syrup; while lunch options consist of pulled pork and coleslaw buns served with potato crisps, caramelised onion and camembert tarts, frittatas and salad, and gourmet bagels.

Savoury snacks include cheese and chive scones, spinach and cheese danishes and savoury muffins; while sweet tooths can indulge in nutella croissants, chocolate brownies, sweet muffins and guilt-free vegan treats.

Besides coffee, there's Origin tea, Mork hot chocolate, shakes, smoothies and frappes.

Nice to know - Blackout is available for private and corporate catering from a small group of 5 to a few hundred. Their grazing tables are especially popular piled with seasonal fruit, sliders and bruschetta, trio of dips and flat bread, shaved meats and more.
