BELLA & TORTIE HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED AS OF DECEMBER 4, 2022.
Bella & Tortie is an artisan small-batch bakery in the leafy northside suburb of Grange, specialising in caneles (miniature french pastries) as well as house-baked cakes, biscuits, pastries and tarts.
The sleek, wooden front counter is filled with house-baked caneles ranging in flavour from passionfruit to salted caramel & raspberry to dark chocolate and lemon meringue to name a few.
Other house specialities at Bella & Tortie are scrumptious millefeuilles, brioches and pavlova tarts, while unique products available for purchase include hazelnut praline paste, salted caramel paste, rocky road slice and assorted rum balls.
Good to know - Stunning celebration cakes are also available made to order (both in store or online).
