Arcade Wine

Ashgrove

ARCADE WINE HAS CLOSED AND WILL RE-OPEN AS ARCADE BAR & OSTERIA IN REDCLIFFE IN LATE 2024.

Arcade Wine is a hidden gem - an elegant, little, wine lounge bar in a bottle shop, tucked away in a retro Ashgrove arcade.

A sibling and neighbour for Wine & Larder Bistro, you'll find Arcade Wine next door, through the arcade and behind an ornate plant covered iron gate.

The ambient pocket-sized bar has a smattering of candlelit seating outside - dark polished tables and Bentwood chairs - and a communal table with bar stools and a Chesterfield couch, with a wall of ceiling-to-floor wine bottles, inside.

Customers can sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of wine and some exquisite bar snacks, or choose a bottle from the extensive curated range available in the wine menu, which reads like an encyclopaedia of wine.

Arcade Wine Ashgrove

The food at Arcade Wine is not your average bar snacks, with offerings such as ligurian mount zero love and garden herbs or must-try seasonal oysters with gin & tonic cucumber pearls and furikake.

Servings are generou,s and other dishes include halloumi fries, charred onion hummus, sumac and pomegranate; porcini pate, tempura mushrooms and barossa bark.

There's also wagyu pastrami, beetroot tapioca, Davidson plum and tapioca; thick cut chips with Australian black salt & fermented black garlic aioli or a cheese board - featuring 3 top world cheeses & accompaniments, with the option to add charcuterie.

Need to know - ARCADE Wine is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner aperitif before heading next door for dinner. There is limited, free street parking outside.
